Madeleine, affectionately known as "Mimi," is a breadmaking enthusiast who's been sharing her love for baking for years. Using only organic ingredients with a generational sourdough recipe, Mimi is often found experimenting with her fermentation and baking skills, making delicious loaves that are almost like pieces of art! 

 

As her passion for homemade bread grew, so did her circle of fans. What started as baking for family members soon blossomed into requests from close friends and co-workers, creating a heating buzz around her tasty creations. Mimi realized she needed to expand her baking to keep up with all the excitement!

 

That’s when The Daily Bread Company was born! With this new venture, she’s able to whip up those beloved crunchy crusts and delightful breads for everyone to enjoy. It's all about sharing the joy of homemade baking, one loaf at a time!
